1. Where to write
Three addresses, and picking the right one is the difference between a reply tomorrow and a reply next week.

2. What to include
Nearly every slow reply is a round trip spent establishing basic facts. You can skip that entirely by including, up front:
The email address on your account — not a forwarding alias, the one you signed up with. What you expected and what happened instead, in that order. Where — the web terminal, the Android app, or this site. And for anything involving a strategy or a backtest, the strategy name and the run's date range, which lets us reproduce it rather than guess.
Never send us your broker password, API secret, TOTP seed or an OTP. No one from GTP Algo will ever ask for them, by email or otherwise. A message containing credentials will be deleted and you will be asked to rotate them.
3. Grievance redressal
As required for an entity handling personal data in India, a named officer is responsible for grievances:

Post is read, but it is much slower than email. Use it only where a written record is required.
5. What we cannot help with
We cannot tell you what to trade. GTP Algo is software for research and execution, not an advisory service. We are not a SEBI-registered investment adviser, and we will not recommend a security, a strategy or an entry point — including informally over email.
We cannot act on your broker account. Order disputes, settlement issues, margin calls and KYC belong to your broker, who is the regulated entity in that relationship.
We cannot recover a loss caused by a strategy you deployed. Backtests describe the past and slippage is real. Paper-trade first.
